- We never sell your information. We only share it with a local agent if you ask to be connected.
- No advertising cookies. Visit counts use a random id that ends when you close the tab.
- You're in control. Every letter has an unsubscribe link, and we'll delete what we have about you if you ask.
We keep this simple. Here's what we collect, why, and what we never do.
What you give us
When you ask for the guide or sign up for the monthly letter, ask about a town, ask for your top 5 by email or ask to claim a town as an agent, we save what you type: your name, email, phone if you add it, when you're hoping to move and your question. For your top 5 we also save the towns we matched you to and your answers to our questions.
How we use it
To answer you, send what you asked for and send the monthly letter if you signed up. If you ask to be connected with a local agent, we share your name, contact details and question with that agent so they can help. We never sell your information.
How the site is used
We count visits so we know what's working: which pages are read, where visitors came from (including campaign tags on links), and whether people finish our questions. These counts use a random id that lasts only while your browser tab is open. They don't include your name or email, and we don't use advertising cookies.
On your device
Your answers and top 5 are saved in your own browser so they're still there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Your choices
Every letter has an unsubscribe link. To see or delete what we have about you, reply to any email from us and we'll take care of it.
